When we first opened Schnitt we had one goal: create the ultimate beer experience. What does it mean? Beer that is made on site, handled professionally, poured skillfully, served with love, and freshness bursting with flavor.
We love playing with the raw materials and producing a huge variety of styles that keep changing and evolving often.
We make our beers literally from scratch, from the grain of barley in the field straight to the glass, with our inspiration being our spirit animal- the sloth, taking everything easy. Much like the sloths, we do everything slowly and patiently, with attention to every detail in the process, in our own way.

You can always find 8-12 types of fresh beers that we brew on site, behind transparent glass allowing you to see where all the magic happens!
Feel free to ask the staff questions about the process, we will be happy to explain the whole process in as much detail as you wish. We have all the time in the world, and the best way to use it is to drink and talk beer.
