A dark and rich Baltic porter beer (6 different types of malt, 7% alcohol) with a full body and presence of oak

Malt: Pale ale, Carafa1, Caramunich2, Caraamber, Carahell, roasted barley
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh

Premium light, clear, sharp and bitter Czech pale lager with a dominant presence of Saz, Mile hops.

Philly Sour yeasts are responsible for the great base of the beer, which is strengthened with a considerable amount of hops harvested here in Tel Aviv. The result is a sour beer with an orange color that puts the fruit in the center of the stage.

Grodzitski is a traditional Polish beer style, made from 100% smoked wheat malt. A light beer, with sweetness from wheat malt with distinct smoky flavors and a little bitterness from hops.

The base of our light beer using Kelsh yeast that has been dry-hopped using a variety of highly aromatic hops – Citra, Galaxy, HBC586 and Cascade. The result is a light beer, slightly bitter and very aromatic.

Beer in mixed fermentation with Philly Sour and Saison yeasts with the addition of kiwi in the brewing process, and a boost of dry hops with two particularly aromatic New Zealand hop varieties – Motoaka and Nectron.

It is a New England style IP – easy to drink, rich and cloudy body, in DDH. The first with a classic mixture of Citra and Mosaic and the second with hops. The result is characterized by tropical aromas – leading among them are passion fruit and mango which all come from the types of hops. The bitterness of the beer is relatively mild to allow the fruity tropical character to shine through in a big way.

Classic West Coast style IP, relatively high in bitterness with a distinct aroma of dry hops.

A lager that is like an IPA. A light and enjoyable beer to drink, rich in material aroma with a balanced barley base. For this one, we used Cascade, Citra and Mosaic in drying the material.

Bavarian wheat beer is characterized by a light color and a cloudy texture, the fruity and spicy aroma that reminds mainly of banana and clove comes entirely from the natural activity of the unique yeast strain and without any additions beyond the classic ingredients. Medium body and relatively strong carbonization contribute to a pleasant feeling on the palate.

Busters Dry Cider comes from the most famous Israeli cider brand and is currently produced at the Oak & Ash Brewery located in the Nachem Industrial Area near Beit Shemesh.
This is an English-style dry cider, without added sugar and with clean and sour flavors of apples.

Session IPA is intended for those of us who like a lot of flavor, bitterness and character in their beer, but also like to drink more than a small sip… therefore, despite its bold nature, the beer remains light-bodied and the alcohol content is relatively low. In this IPA we used a mix of hop varieties that provide aromatic and fruity layers, this time with Centennial, Cascade, Chinook, and Citra

Kabir – Bahtzada is a special cooperation beer for Independence Day between the Shenit and the superhero beer, in a style that combines the worlds of Ale and Lager, and historically originates from the city of Cologne in Germany.
We added a generous dose of hops to obtain a light and hoppy Hoppy Kölsch, with 4.8% alcohol, light and especially for the coming summer days.

Three classic types of American hops (C-Hops) are also combined during the brewing day and more significantly during drying and give the beer a special aroma and character of flowers and citrus.
